Non-profit organization dedicated to youth lacrosse in Livermore California.

Welcome to the Livermore Phantom Lacrosse website.

Established in 2005 as a non-profit sports league in Livemore, our goal has been to inspire, motivate, and train children in our community to be the best that they can be, have some fun, and learn lacrosse along the way.

Our season runs from late January - early May with additional skills and training opportunities throughout the year. With programs for Boys & Girls ages 6-15, experienced coaching, and a passion for lacrosse, our program is perfect for active children looking to supplement their fall sport with a spring sport, or who want try something new. Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing youth sports, especially on the west coast. Come check us out and see why!

We are always looking for new talent and volunteers to join our club. Contact us at

Spring Registration Still Open!

Sign up now!

We have limited space available on most teams - it's NOT TOO LATE.

We ESPECIALLY are looking for BOYS and GIRLS for our 10U teams.

The Girls 10U team is the first team Girls team we've fielded in over a decade with the Phantoms, and the ONLY Girls team we have registered for Spring 2020. These dedicated girls are the core of our newly expanded program, and the future of Livermore Girls Lacrosse. They are almost all brand new players, so if your daughter is worried about being new to the sport - don't be! The coaching will be all about teaching the fundamentals and making sure they have an absolute blast this year.

We had a late rush of boys 10U signups which gave us confidence that we could register a second team at that age group (which we did!), but we STILL NEED 10U BOYS! If your have a player born between 9/1/2009 and 8/31/2011 that's thinking about joining - now is the time to sign up! No experience required - this is the age to get in on the best game in town!

Spring practices - general guidance

Schedules for spring practices will be announced once team rosters are finalized, registration closes, and coaches have all been identified and their schedules coordinated - likely in mid-to-late December. So while we can't offer you exact times yet for your players' practice, we can offer you some general guidance for planning:

  • First Saturday practices will start on Jan 11th and continue every Saturday at Cayetano Park until the regular season starts (late Feb) at which point weekend practices will be replaced with games
  • First weekday practices will start Jan 21st and continue throughout the season. Each team will practice twice per week for 1-2 hours each depending on the age group
  • In general, the younger teams (8/10U) and girls teams will practice earlier (~5-6:30) and older teams (12/14U) practice later (~6:30 - 9:00) on weekdays. On weekends, the older teams will generally practice in the mornings (~9-12:30) and the younger teams in the afternoons (~12:30-3:00).
  • Most or all teams will have a practice on Wednesdays at Robertston Park, where we have both fields available and lots of space.
  • Teams will then also practice on Tuesday OR Thursday at Cayetano Park
